As a structure, it reaches filament temperature up to 1200 with dual quartz tube and wire consisting Ni-Cr or Fe-Cr-Al elements. Unlike other types of infrared lamps, it is not vacuumed. It has a very long working life.
Especially plastic material absorbs water and solvent medium wave radiation. Therefore, in plastic processes, medium wave infrared lamp shows very effective results in drying and curing water and solvent based paints. The medium wave with gold reflector provides up to 50% energy design because it reflects natural radiation close to perfect.
