Earth electrode resistance measuring device for “French” power sockets. Tohm-e T2-FR100 is a “French” socket tester with 30 mA~ RCD tripping feature and earth electrode resistance measuring. Just connect Tohm-e to a power socket and it does the rest : Tohm-e displays the earth electrode resistance of the electrical installation and verifies it is lower than 100 ohms, within a couple of seconds and without sticking any stakes. Tohm-e displays the true RMS Phase – Neutral voltage without using any multimeter. Tohm-e checks the power socket wiring, PE or no PE, Phase – Neutral reverse, etc. without using any multimeter. Push and hold the button and Tohm-e trips the 30 mA residual-current device to locate it in the electrical panel. Do not stick stakes, connect Tohm-e to a power socket and the earth electrode resistance of electrical installation is brought to you within a couple of seconds. You have any doubts about the wiring of a power socket, do not open it now, connect Tohm-e first, and it will indicate you if there is a problem. Do not worry about batteries, Tohm-e does not need any battery, it is powered by the power socket it is connected to, it is always ready.
