Description

Thermally Conductive Epoxy Resin ER2074 is a flame retardant system two component epoxy resin with UL94 V-0 approval with high thermal conductivity value of 1.26W/m.K. ER2074 Thermally conductive epoxy resin is a flame retardant system with UL94 V-0 approval. The flame retardant technology used is halogen free leading to relatively low toxicity fumes and low smoke emission and the lack of abrasive fillers means that there is lower wear on dispensing machinery. ER2074 has a high thermal conductivity value of 1.26W/m.K. while also offering good chemical and water resistance. Once cured, the white colour gives a good aesthetic finish and can be very effective as part of thermal management solutions in LED applications, for both external and internal lighting systems. For more information please refer to the TDS, our technical support team are also on hand to discuss your application requirements further. Key properties High thermal conductivity; 1.26W/m.K Good environmental protection Does not contain abrasive fillers; low wear on dispensing machinery Meets UL94 V-0 approval RoHS Compliant
