The conical rubber caps are used in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications to seal, protect and isolate parts, components or openings. Their conical shape allows them to adapt to various sizes and shapes, providing an effective and safe seal. These caps are commonly used in the automotive industry to cover and protect holes, threads and openings during the painting or processing process. They can also be used in applications such as packaging, electronics, mechanical engineering and many others, where a versatile solution is needed for protection and sealing.
Description
The rubber conical caps are an important solution to protect the products during the painting phases in cataphoresis, pulverization and other similar processes. These caps are particularly appreciated for their ability to accelerate the cleaning of the pieces after painting, thus helping to reduce the overall processing times. Thanks to their practicality, speed and the possibility of being reused for a long period of time, conical caps represent an economic and convenient choice for companies.
For several years our customers have entrusted the protection of their parts that cannot be painted with conical caps, which are available in two main materials: VMQ (silicone) and EPDM (rubber). Silicone caps are particularly appreciated for their resistance to high temperatures, up to 300 ° C, while the rubber ones can resist up to 160 ° C. This range of temperatures covers most industrial needs, guaranteeing reliable protection even in extreme conditions.
We offer a wide selection of conical caps in different colors, to meet the practical and aesthetic needs of our customers.
