The E2424 system comprises a model E2401 2-axes automated feedback piezo controller plus MDE123 Elliot Gold™ Series XYZ flexure stage fitted with piezo actuators providing 25 µm of piezo and 2 mm of manual adjustment in each of the three axes and the new Profiler module • Profiler modes ( see DALi 4 profiler) • 3-axes piezo controller for 150 V actuators (E1100) • Operation via software or manual controls • Superior search and optimise routine • Store parameter sets for each alignment • Full control over scan parameters • USB interface • LabVIEW™ drivers included • Clear LCD display • S/W Power meter display • Ultra-stable patented* design XYZ flexure stage • XYZ Piezo adjusters • Right Handed Configuration (Left Handed available to order) • 25 µm piezo adjustment travel • 10 nm resolution • 2 mm coarse manual travel • Orthogonal alignment grooves • 4.5 kg load capacity Please refer to the individual product sheets for a complete description of the performance specifications.
