Elmasolvex VA is a completely automatic cleaning machine for cleaning mechanical precision parts such as gear wheels, springs or cases. Cleaning with multi-frequency ultrasound and rinsing are performed in the rotation or oscillation process. Due to the vacuum technology, the cleaning liquid also reaches difficult to access places and any air bubbles, that have settled on the parts, are removed. Functions and characteristics: • Solvent-based, aqueous cleaning of precision and watch parts with a minimum size of 0,355mm by rotation or oscillation processes • Preprogrammed cleaning programms as well as individually configurable parameters • Cleaning and rinsing with flammable solvents (flash point ≥ 12°C) • High user safety due to intrinsic Ex-protection (German TÜV-proved) and extraction of the vapors • Easy exchange – inclusive filling, emptying and cleaning - of media containers • Increased service life of the media due to integrated particle filter (50 µm) • Gentle drying with radiant heat in vacuum
