MKS RLSS-N metal circular saws are an ideal solution for variable single or small series cutting of bar stock. The machines offer two speed levels for hard and soft materials. The gear head can be adjusted to a new mitre angle within seconds - thanks to a central machine mounting with quick-action angle clamp.
Smooth, virtually burr-free cutting
The precisely mounted drive axle ensures exact concentricity of the saw blade and a smooth cutting pattern. The workpiece is clamped on both sides of the interface with the double quick-action vice and cut with virtually no burrs.
Tailor-made sizes
MKS RLSS-N metal circular saws are available in three sizes for a cutting area of 95x55 mm, 100x70 mm or 115x70 mm.
TECHNICAL INFO - Zero voltage release
The zero voltage trip of a machine is a safety mechanism. It prevents uncontrolled restarting of the machine drive when the power returns, e.g. after a power failure.
If the voltage drops, the start button is automatically deactivated. It must be pressed again to continue operating when the power has been restored.
Zero voltage tripping - possible causes:
- Mains power failure or shutdown
- Tripping of an upstream mains fuse
- Tripping of a motor circuit breaker
- Emergency stop button pressed
- Start button defective
- Cable break
