ROTARY OVEN FOR PREHEATING - Supporting frame consisting of hollow steel construction profiles, resistant to corrosion due to Alusi-coatings applied. The inner chamber consists of tightly welded steel sheets resistant to corrosion due to Alusi-coatings applied, the sheets are self-supporting and connected to the supporting frame to improve acceptance of temperature variations and to optimize temperature losses. - Adjustable louvers fixed on the oven inner walls enable to ensure an evened circulation of the hot air (isotherm). - Thermal insulation consisting of a layer of mineral wool, placed between the inner and outer casing of the equipment. - The external casing consists of welded steel sheets covered with a polyurethane painting. Colour according to RAL and at choice. - Gear motorized turntable to enable to accommodateparts on 6 levels. - The loading and unloading of the parts one-by-one is performed at two separated stations, at the front of the oven. - Automatic doors opening gives free access for the parts loading and unloading. - The heating power is provided by a set of electrical resistances. Heating power according to the thermal process. An integrated brewing fan is in charge of distributing the heated air. Both elements are placed at the back of the oven equipment. - Temperatures (process temperature, max temperature) will be controlled and regulated by integrated temperature sensors. - Manual dampers that enable to control ingoing and outgoing air flows. - Optical sensors to detect parts presence at each slot at the unloading station.
