Cartridge heaters with high power density permit to use high Watt charges in really concentrated spaces, guaranteeing high reliability also in heavy working conditions.
The technology used for their production makes the difference in comparison with other cartridge heaters. The nickel chromium wire is wrapped on magnesium oxide, near the metallic sheath, with a really thin insulating wall and highly pressed, obtaining a good thermal exchange which maintains the temperature of the resistive wire to a lower value in comparison with other heaters where the wire is in a deeper position inside adequately pierced tubes.
