• Available with stainless steel or glass door (with triple thermal insulating glass). • Constructed internally and externally of stainless antimagnetic steel. • The corners of the inner part of the chamber are rounded with sanitary corners for easier cleaning and germ avoidance. • Insulation with ecological polyurethane for better maintenance and greater energy savings. • Shelves – grids, laminated or stainless steel, adjustable in height. • Temperature controlled by an electronic thermometer / thermostat. • Alarm for high chamber temperature. Optional equipment: Electronic temperature recorder that can be connected to a computer and printed on a printer. The logger comes with a portable memory and an installation program for transferring data to a computer.
