Our embroidering technique makes it simple to manufacture flexible, electric textile heating elements in high and low volume. In order to achieve this, the desired pattern is laid out with the help of special CAD software which ensures the accurate and repeatable production of our heating elements. In the process, highly flexible heating conductors are laid on onto the support material in a meandering structure. This enables us to create surface and resistor heating elements whose precision is hardly exceeded. To ensure operational safety, we also implement thermal switches or, if required, temperature sensors.
