Silicone heating mat

Silicone heating mats are used where very complex structures need to be heated. They can be used variably and can be produced in almost any shape and size. Disadvantage of these silicone heaters are the relatively high production costs and the weight. The material mix (silicone insulation material) also considerably limits the use. Our heating elements are therefore the perfect alternative. Our CNC sewing technology allows heating wires and heating conductors to be processed in any shape. Furthermore, our heating elements are highly flexible and kink resistant, i. they also withstand strong bending loads. Due to our technology and textile backing, we can also produce extremely large heating elements (e.g., 1400 x 10000mm).
