We embroider highly flexible heating conductors on flexible carrier materials You define the shape, size and heating capacity of the flexible heating elements that you need for your industrial application. Together we develop the right layout and place highly flexible heating conductors in meander structures on textile or other flexible carrier materials. We fix the heating conductors on the carrier material using embroidery technologies. This is how your flexible heating element is created. We design the final layout of your surface heating element once with our CAD software. Our machines then manufacture your individual heating elements with high productivity and repeatability – in small and large series. Material: Insulated heating wire Material base: Non-woven polyester fleece Metal wire thickness: Less than 1 mm Temperature range: -40 to 150 degrees Celsius (optional up to 200 degrees Celsius)
