Even in this difficult period, our customers continue to choose our machines. As in the case of SANDRE VERNICIATURA company in Porcia, in the province of Pordenone, who installed the new PLANO 1350 R-EVO rotary machine in August 2020. The PLANO 1350 R-EVO allows a multi-purpose sanding with multidirectional super-finishing thanks to the Plano® System, which guarantees perfect sanding on all 4 edges of the panel. By doing so, there will no longer be an entry and exit of the belt on the piece, but it will be the piece that will “PLANE” on the belt. Our machine has replaced as many as 3 machines used so far in the SANDRE VERNICIATURA, for a total of 8 abrasive belts, considered obsolete and outdated by new technologies. The customer’s need was to replace the thirty-year old sanders, which had outlived their days, with a new sanding system capable of improving quality and reducing costs. By purchasing the PLANO 1350, our customer found the solution to their business needs. “With just one rotating abrasive belt we have been able to greatly improve quality and productivity, while at the same time we managed to reduce costs as a whole”; these are the words of the owner of the company, Mr. Maurizio Sandre, after the installation of the PLANO.
