This line consists of a rotary plate for manual feeding of containers to the line, a container sanitizing system, dosing equipment, a bottle doser with Twist Off and PT system and a safety vacuum detector. In this case, the line also indudes a washer for full and dlosed containers, as well as a dryer which, thanks to its excellent efficiency, allows the labeling process to be carried out with full ‘guarantees. This is an example of a line where our capacity to adapt to the needs of each customer in terms of production speeds, container formats and technological solutions with the quality certifications required in each country is proven. The line consists of a container feeding system to the line (either by rotary plate or table depending on the required production speed), container sanitzing equipment prior to flling (several models to choose from depending on production speed or sanitüing treatment), volumetric piston or fiowmeter dosing machine depending on the product to be dosed, Emerito 1.8 model doser (in its diferent versions) and an accumulation plate or table for the finished containers.
