Capper machine for glass and/or pet jars for TWIST-OFF and PT type closing systems. Also PET jars with Twist Off lids depending on the quality and rigidity of the jar. The Emerito 3.8 capper is equipped for the perfect closure of all formats commonly used in food processing, without the need for additional tools or utensils. Our machine incorporates an exclusive, fully automatic, intelligent format changeover as standard, which regulates, with total precision, the height of the container, its width and the relative position of the side belts according to the height and shape of the format to be closed. The time required for a format changeover between containers of maximum difference is 70 seconds. An alternative version, the Emerito 3.8 ACT, is available for containers impregnated with oils or greasy substances and, thanks to its special configuration, guarantees 100% closure even in these extreme conditions.
