Description
In case of combined use of dust cap and compression latch with optical opening indicator (catalogue page 1B-237) an additional safety aspect is achieved.
In addition to the clearly visible red ring the dust cap cannot be closed and is thus open.

The dust cap was successfully tested by the Technical University of Dresden with respect to high-speed resistance up to 450 km/h.
