New electric actuator NE03 The electric actuators of the series NE are approved since some years; witch is completed below by a new model. Specially designed for small valves the actuator provides a torque from about 30Nm. So it is strong enough to operate ball valves up to 2 size reliable. The compact body is completely made of aluminium and the resident Polyester coating provides an excellent protective against adverse ambient conditions. The line-in voltage can amount 24V DC or 230V AC. A 12V DC version is available on request. Not small is the list of the standard features of the actuator. At example the optical position indicator is illuminated if the actuator reaches one of its end positions. Two potential-free limit switches allow visualization on process level. The heating device prevents the formation of condensation water in the terminal box. The manual override allows a operating of the actuator by hand if the line-in voltage failed.
