GCAS level switch is a capacitive level sensor used for level control in conductive liquids, low conductivity liquids, powdery materials with solid particles, sticky and acid/basic liquids.
When the material comes between the electrode rod and the tank wall, there is a capacity change and when this change exceeds the set limit, the contact gives the output.
It is designed for difficult process conditions. Refrigerated models can be manufactured for high temperature and pressure environments. Trigger point and relay operating range calibration can be done by the user under operating conditions.
It can be connected horizontally or vertically.
Scope of application : Liquid tanks, glycol tanks, food machinery, cooling liquid tanks, ships, brine tanks, waste water, wine tanks, clean water tanks... Oil tanks, Co2 liquid tanks, high temperature tanks, low conductivity liquids. Grain storage, cement silo, sand, dough, milk powder, feed, flour, organic and plastic granule tanks. Hot sticky and high viscosity acid and chemical liquids.
