Low voltage distribution switchboards with withdrawable functional units are assembled in the Rittal constructive element, on the platform of TS-8 series cabinets. Solutions with withdrawable cells provide at least the 4b partitioning form.
Boards fully comply with the standard of SO 153-34.20.122-2006 "Regulations of Process Design with a High Voltage of 35-750 kV" of FGC UES PJSC.
Advantages of low voltage distribution switchboards with withdrawable functional units
Security:
The use of withdrawable functional units allows performing maintenance work on the elements of low voltage distribution switchboards without voltage removal. Operation control and management are carried out without the need to open doors. All controls are provided on the front side of the low voltage distribution switchboard. The availability of electromechanical locks prevents possible errors made by operating personnel.
Scalability:
It is possible to manufacture any configuration of a low voltage distribution switchboard with various combinations of withdrawable functional units and additional expansion of the structure by building up the distribution panels with new units. Moreover, it is always possible to quickly modify a withdrawable function unit and thus quickly adapt it to new technical requirements.
Versatility:
In addition to standard generic solutions, the design of withdrawable functional units may be individually modified to meet non-standard customer requirements. The design of withdrawable cells allows using the equipment of any manufacturer, without reference to a specific brand.
