The Super Seal Junior series of portable cap sealing machines from Enercon are ideally used for operations in laboratories, or those requiring only short production runs and start ups. These units are engineered with bodies that size up to 21 x 8 x 31 cm and with a weight of 4.5 kg. These units are driven by 230 V of input power and are capable of producing 1000 W of output. They are air cooled machines with a capacity to seal items with diameters ranging from 10 to 120 mm. A digital display is fitted to provide a digital timer, a power counter, foil counter and foil loss detection. Moreover, the units may be updated to in-line conveyor systems.
