Description

Induction cap sealing becomes simpler and easier with Enercons super seal™ systems. These machines are capable of providing induction seal to millions of containers across the globe every single day. Super seal™ rules out chances of leaks, cuts down pack weight, maintains freshness and ensures hermetic seals that cannot be tampered with, via the non-contact cap sealing process. The compact Super Seal™ 50, 75 and 100 models are mounted easily over the conveyor. Its coil design and quick-connect sealing heads are vital features. The sealing head's design is such that it maximizes performance. The sealing speed exceeds 25m/minute. It can seal child resistant dispensing closures from 20mm to 120mm. The entire operation is air-cooled and going at full production speed. The power supply electronics is enclosed in an IP65 level compartment.
