Thyristor Diode Module ASMCD26-08-IO1B AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and for discrete semiconductor thyristor-diode module MCD26-08IO1B IXYS, also known as Littelfuse or Westcode. Average forward current ITAV – 27 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 800V. The main (power) terminals are on the top of the case and are marked as 1, 2, 3 (common anode-cathode, cathode, anode). The thyristor diode modules are characterized by high electrical and thermal cycling capability, meaning high reliability and long lifetime in intensive operation modes, low current leakage and forward voltage drop. The thyristor diode modules are housed in a industry-standard housing making it easy to integrate the device into existing equipment.
