Description

Enertec Engineering AG is a leading and highly innovative company for load cells with a wide range of force transducers. Hydraulic anchor load cells are used to monitor loads in tie-backs, prestressed anchors, rods and ropes. The hydraulic anchor load cell is a special ring-shaped sensor made of stainless steel. It consists of two plates which are welded along their circumference. Inside, they are separated by a cavity which is filled with deaerated oil under vacuum. The applied load is transferred by means of oil to an analogue pressure gauge, which makes it possible to read the pressure at that moment. Models with piezoelectric pressure transducers are also available for electrical data transmission. On request, we can also supply both functions in one device. Maximum flexibility for your measuring task. The ring-shaped load cell is selected according to the diameter and nominal load of the anchor head. Matching load distribution plates can be ordered as an option. These can be used to ensure that the load is distributed evenly across the sensor's loading area.
