Enertec Engineering offers a wide range of anchor load cells that are also suitable for anchor testing. For the self-monitoring of prestressing strands, force sensors with a very high capacity and the lowest possible weight are required. This is the only way to check the prestressing tendons on site with reasonable effort. For this application, we offer cylinder load cells with nominal forces of 8,000 and 10,000 kN. The load cells consist of a solid stainless steel cylinder fitted with strain gauges in a temperature-compensated arrangement. The sensor is designed for use in harsh conditions: maintenance-free, dust and water-protected in accordance with IP 68, it can be used over a wide temperature range. The force sensors are designed for measuring pressure loads. Special versions are available on request. Various output signals are available. For special requirements, the sensors can be equipped with two separate full bridges in a redundant design.
