enerSENSE sensors form the bridge between the real and the digital world. Equipped with enerFILM, the sensor supplies itself with energy from ambient light. Even longer periods of darkness are no problem thanks to the efficient charging circuit and built-in rechargeable battery.
A variety of built-in sensor modules record valuable data such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, brightness, motion, and presence. Special sensors for recording CO2 concentration are used to record air quality.
A microcontroller preprocesses the data on the device and regulates the energy consumption of the sensor.
The data is transmitted via LoRa WAN. The use of LoRaWAN enables the cost-efficient coverage of complete buildings and industrial halls due to the high range and very good penetration of walls. A gateway or an already existing LoRa network represents the bridge to the cloud.
