  Shrink tunnels/Heat tunnels are designed to blow hot air onto film wrapped packages to make perfect shrink around packages. Shrink tunnels can be used to shrink a neck band or body sleeve around a container. Shrink tunnels are equipped with conveyor rollers, Teflon net conveyor or belts to deliver product through shrink tunnel. Packages must be shorter than the aperture height and less wide that the aperture width to fit in the shrink tunnel. Characteristics: 1. Quickly and efficiently shrinks PVC, POF and PP shrink-wrap materials. Variable speed conveyor and separate temperature controls for upper and lower chambers. 2. Installed with infrared ray heater, all kinds of shrinkable films are available for our machines. 3. The conveyer speed for heat shrink is controlled by precision electric Stepless speed change type instrument, speed is adjustable and highly stable. 4. The heat shrink model is light and space saving. 5. Adopting automatic temperature controller or constant temperature controller (according to customer need). 6. The conveyor belt for heat shrink can be made in to roll type, net type or Teflon net according to the character of the products.      Characteristics:  1. Full re-circulating air system.    2.
