When manufacturing hygienic pallet’s the top and bottom end are injection molded seperately and then welded together.Because of this all the reinforcement rib’s are on the inside, making the outside smooth. There isn’t a single nook or cranny for fungi and bacteria to nest in.Because of the sandwich construction they are relatively strong. Cleanable with basic cleaning products. ISO norm pallet’s are available with 3 runner’s and a palletslide all around. Optional reinforcement with steel tubing on the inside will raise the taxability, just like euronorm pallet’s. Using mirror welding on the panel’s, after wich plastic legs or beams are attached we can manufacture any size pallet, up to 2000mm x 2000mm!
