The 742 palletbox series is the largest injection molded bin in the world. Available in blue and grey. Each can carry 1000 kg and stackable up to 6 high when loaded. When they’re stacked 2 high they have a total volume of 2240 liter per pallet space (775 mm high boxes stacked 3 high has 1980 liter). Injection molding has technical limits to wheight and wall thikness. The American "Structrual Foam Procedure" is a nice solution to this. A propellant forms bubbles in the core of the larger molds, making larger quantities of plastic in larger molds. The P1400 series is manufactured using this technique and has the largest capacity of all palletboxes. Our assembly department specializes in the customizing of products. We can fit palletboxes with lids and locks, wel them together to form higher and larger ones and/or fit them with removable sidewalls.
