More and more products are fitted with sensitive electronics (think of the automotive indistry), and preventing damages by electro-static discharges is cheaper then having them fixed. All avaiable bins and suitcases can be manufactured out of ESD safe materials, often in stock. Their ESD safe properties last forever. Inset bins are avaiable in a ESD safe version aswell. This also goes for our foamplates, wich are used to safely transport circuitboards and fragile parts in our transport suitcases. For the halding of circuitboards we supply racks with dimensions suitable for the insides of our bins. They’re made from conducting grid sheets of 2 to 3 mm deep on one or two sides, wich are screwed between 2 aluminium profiles.
