Unfortunately, though, many food processors are designating less and less space in their facilities for palletizing product, which allows them to make room for more of the core processes. To help processors make the most of that space, EnSight Solutions offers a unique collaborative palletizing solution. The EnSight fenceless palletizing system operates in a compact 12’x5’ space and can palletize boxes weighing up to 80 lbs. The automated system does that by combining a Stäubli collaborative robot with a safety sensor system that eliminates the need for fencing and similar features. EnSight also offers the industry’s only full washdown system, designed specifically for hygienic environments.
