Made out of 304 stainless steel, these tough machines can withstand most harsh conditions without forming bacteria-filled pits or dents. They have an open-bed, sanitary design that allows for direct product contact, as well as clean-out holes and drip pans. For an extra layer of sanitation, consider adding a belt washer and belt scraper. Belt Design We offer three different types of belts to choose from, and each design meets a different need. If you require a specific belt size, our modular belting is easy to customize. Modular belts are made up of pieces of plastic arranged like puzzle pieces in a brick-lay pattern. If your facility handles metal product, thermoplastic belting is an ideal option because it is durable and abrasion-resistant. For an incline conveyor, we recommend cleated- or bucket-style belting. This type of belt has grooves that can prevent food from sliding off the conveyor belt.
