Unlike some others, this superior moulder uses a mechanical, multi-cavity forming system that doesn’t vacuum-form the product. This moulder features a gentle forming process that allows for exceptional product design, while also creating a better bite and texture. The I-480 Food Moulder provides consistent portions on its integrated 40″ wide belt, ideal for direct loading into ovens, freezer tunnels or batter breading lines.
