Fits in place of standard 1/4" gasket seal fittings

Membrane and housing: Sintered 316L stainless steel filter media and housing
Surface finish interior: <=7 μin Ra
Helium leak rating: 9`10-9 atm cc/sec.
Particle retention:
Greater than 90% removal of all particles larger than 1.0 μm diameter at flow rates up to 30 SLPM
Downstream cleanliness:
Less than 1 particle/liter greater than 0.17 μm with pulse pressure of 0 to 2.0 kg/cm2
