LetzTOC – MEASUREMENT, ANALYSIS, ONLINE MONITORING The LetzTOC measuring device was developed by us in-house for monitoring pharmaceutical water. It allows the total organic carbon content in a sample to be determined. LetzTOC complies with all European, American, and Japanese pharmacopoeia specifications for monitoring PW, WFI or pure steam. ONLINE MONITORING OF THE FINAL RINSE The unit can also be used for online monitoring of the final rinse at higher TOC values, for example following contamination. LetzTOC: INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY BY NDIR DETECTION LetzTOC uses UV light to oxidise organic substances to CO2, which is then measured by infrared spectroscopy. The use of the infrared detector reduces the risk of false TOC readings.
