Description

The small series of Solar Linear Actuator is specifically engineered for use in Solar Trackers weighing up to 4 tons. Crafted for outdoor applications, ist stainless steel surface and fully sealed design ensure durability and reliability even in challenging environments. Operations: An dc electric motor drives via a gear a spindle. A stainless steel piston rod runs the linear move. To avoid a mechanical collision at the end positions of the actuator, there are end limit switches installed which restrict the needed stroke. For the controllsystem of the limitswitch and motor, a installed bus microcontroller inside of the actuator is also suitable. To compensate the inaccuracy of the foundation and the steel structure, the actuator can be attached between two joint heads. It is also suitable with swiveling bolts at the end, base or top plate of the cylinder. With a stroke length of up to one meter, the SOLA Actuator delivers precise linear motion, ideal for adjusting solar panels. The housing cover not only serves as a protective enclosure but also acts as a support, guide, turn-lock mechanism, and conceals the piston rod, enhancing overall functionality.
