The SPARKGAS 30X is a gas burner with low NOx and CO emissions and two-stage progressive output operation, according to European standard EN676 "Classe III". It can be used with an optional automatic RWF40 regulator (available with the modulation kit and installed on the control panel) for operation with output modulation. This model features air-gas mixing at blast-pipe, that is capable of recycling the exhaust gas (lowering harmful emissions) and optimal combustion values, by regulating combustion air and blast-pipe. The mixing unit can be removed without detaching the burner from the boiler, enabling simple and easy maintenance. The electric servomotor with pause dosure of gate helps regulate minimum and maximum air flow in first and second stage, preventing heat dispersion to flue. Additionally the fan speed can be adjusted according to changes in burner demand, by using the inverter.
