Bulk material feeder

In addition to feeder solutions, Elizabeth Europe proposes a range of accessories: to lay down tablets, for brittle tablets, or to convey bulk products to feeder frames to be packed. Tablet lay down brushes are needed to sweep the tablets efficiency into the pockets: usual feeder solutions send oblong tablets «on edge» into the pockets, when the pockets are usually designed to receive the tablets flat. Primary feeder convey bulk products to feeder frames to be packed. These feeders are usually pre-installed on blister lines, but they do not always allow optimal performance. We strongly advise the installation of the Elizabeth Europe primary feeder, for optimum efficiency. Tablet sorting system is necessary before packing, particularly in the case of brittle tablets where tablet fragments can cause damage to feeder system. Elizabeth Europe proposes 2 solutions: replacing existing primary feeder with mechanical tablet sorting system, or inserting it between existing primary feeder and feeder system.
