The microprocessor controlled Converter »EPS/FC 10-315« of EPS Electronic Power Supplies provides a pure sine wave output. There are stationary units with an output between 10kVA and 315kVA available. The maximum response time at a mains change is 10ms. The AC/AC converters provides a three phase input/output voltage with 200/400 VA and are temporarily overload-proofed (10s - 2-times, 1m - 1,5--times, 10m - 1,25--times). The output frequency is a 400Hz fixed frequency. All units provide an extensive protection of the functions and have a Start/Stop switch as well an external Remote Contact for the Switching ON/OFF. The LCD display indicates the voltage, current and frequency as well the failure function. Common application fields are simulations of the electrical system to the testing according to customer conditions, avionic training simulations as well stationary 400Hz sine-wave power supplies in the field of service and production. Additional to the aircraft directive EN 2282 the units are qualified to ISO 6858. As an option are also converters with batteries (UPS), units with isolated transformers at the output, a multifunctional display, a RS485 Interface as well an output frequency of 800Hz for avionic applications available.
