The microprocessor controlled AC/AC Frequency Converters »EPS/FTP/T« of EPS Electronic Power Supplies provide a 3-phase sine wave output from a 1- or 3 phase input. There are output power of 1500 VA to 6000 VA available. The 50, 60 or 400 Hz output frequency and output voltage 200/115V bzw. 400/230V AC are factory-set. The floating outputs are isolated from each other and can be operated as “Y” configuration or three individual outputs. In “Y” configuration, the centre (neutral) have to be grounded. The units can be shut-down electronically by a control switch on the front-panel of the unit. A remote shut-down option is also available. Other options are Power Fail Alarm, ruggedizing against shock and vibrations, conformal coating, extended temperature range (-40°C until +70°C) and a 19” cabinet. The series is characterized with full electronic protection and low input and output noise. Common application fields for the 19 "-devices, optional chassis mounting, are simulations of the electrical system to the testing according to customer conditions, power adjustments to the supply of industrial plants as well as 400Hz fixed frequency converters for the avionics stationary as well as mobile.
