Painting preparation preparation area AP 6.1 series

The AP 6.1 is the perfect solution to prepare your vehicles before entering the paint booth. It is fit for small body workshops offering up to 30.000 m3/h of airflow. The preparation area is a key element of the Lagos Quick Repair Concept (optional), based on the quickness delivered by an on-rail transfering system, capable to move vehicles between the prep and painting area, reducing cycle times and dead spaces on the workshop. Our products are modular and adapted 100% to our clients needs. We offer different configurations with different sizes and powers. Check out all the available options on the table below. Air extraction group with filtering system - located below the fans Floor (several options). Includes Paint-Stop filters under the metallic grid Total grid - composed by a galvanized rectangular mesh grid, fully reinforced throughout its surface. This option can include a metallic ramp to avoid the civil work (ET) Partial grid - composed by a central pit of 2,15 meters wide and variable lenght according to the cabin measure (EP). The intermediate support stringer grills, will be part of the civil work. Central grid - composed by TWO pits of 0,84 meters wide and variable lenght according to the area. (2F)
