Field use flocculator Static Flocculator

Our static EQUIP FLOCCU is a sludge flocculator also named by “static flocculation pipe” made of PVC and design with a sufficient length in order to have the perfect retention time. In comparison the dynamic flocculator is motorized. The set, inlet flange, PVC plastic tube and polymer inlet, are supported by a stainless steel structure. The purpose of the static mixer is to mix the sludge and the polymer before the area of the transport pipe. No electrical comsumption Maintaining the sludge pressure until the entry of the screw press.
