Description

When processing coarse materials such as electronic scrap, refrigerating devices or die-cast aluminium parts, it is important to keep the individual components as intact as possible and to process them gently, in addition to maximum process reliability and performance. This is where our RM 1350/2 and RM 1800/2 twin-shaft rippers prove what they are capable of: The particularly slow-running twin-shaft rotor ripper system is used to work especially gently. Two machine sizes with different ripper lengths and drive powers are available for every challenge. ► Easy maintenance | Due to quick accessibility to the knife shafts. | Thanks to automatic central lubrication system for shaft bearings.   ► Savings in operating costs | Due to long service life with ripper blades and ripper segments made of wear-resistant special steel.   ► Optimum size reduction | Due to special ripper system, variably adjustable for different materials. | Thanks to variable speed control via frequency converter. ► Highest throughput rates | By electromechanical high-torque gears for each ripper shaft. | Due to independent, alternating forward/reverse ripper operation on each ripper shaft. ► Robust and durable | Due to large-dimensioned special bearings and milled ripper shafts. | Due to additional integrated bulkhead seal to protect the shaft bearings against liquid and aggressive materials. ► Efficient and safe operation
