Description

Axial Flow Pump for Power Transformer Product overview The axial flow pump is mainly composed of front and back shell, main body, impeller, guide vane, bearings and motor. The impeller, is installed at the end of the shaft directly, rotates to create pressure. The transformer oil is lead to main flow channel by guide vane, meanwhile, the guide vane converts kinetic energy that comes out from impeller into pressure to force oil circulation. The pump can be a part of the pipe line due to the inlet and outlet of the pump are in the same axis. Therefore, the transformer oil flows through the outer of motor directly which is able to bring the heat away immediately. Advantages 1.Compact; 2.Low temperature rise; 3.Stable and reliable; 4.Low noise; 5.Long life cycle; 6.No leakage; 7.High efficiency; 8.Energy saving. Application Mainly applied to electric locomotive, especially to bullet train, high-speed railway and other types of locomotive.
