Description
It is mainly composed of the impeller, motor, air duct and cover net. To be specific, the impeller is made of high-strength aluminum alloy sheet by molding. The motor is outdoor type with protection class IP 55 (or 56) and insulation class F (or H), fully sealed and waterproof. The air duct is made of high strength carbon structure steel and the cover net is made of high strength carbon structure or stainless steel, depending on custom requirement. The CFD simulation software is applied to optimize the aerodynamic performance. The surface treatment of entire product can be plastic-painted or spray-painted, therefore, the anti-corrosion and anti-rust classes is available from C3 to C5-M.
