Description

Alternative fuel (AT), obtained by processing municipal solid waste, replaces natural gas successfully, thereby reduces the consumption of mineral energy resources. Construction, power plants and metallurgy industries utilize affordable RDF fuel without environmental impact. Substitution of gas with secondary solid fuel is especially important in cement production. Problem description: To improve quality and uniformity of the selected recyclables suitable for production of fuel from waste, automatic complexes for MSW sorting into light and heavy fractions by air separation are used. Having in-house R&D department, many years of experience in the field of air separation, ERGA specialists took into consideration all the Customer’s demands and developed this complex for RDF preparation plant to clean useful MSW fraction from stones, glass, large pieces of wood, etc. Automatic turnkey complex solution ERGA implemented a full range of services from design to installation and commissioning of automatic MSW sorting complex for RDF preparation according to Customer’s technical specifications. The complex operates in automatic separation/cleaning mode and recovers useful fraction (paper, plastic, film, light woodchips, organics) suitable for application as fuel in a cement kiln. The process can be controlled completely by one operator from the control panel. Separation/cleaning efficiency up to 98% Resoline Air Flow separation complex has a sufficient number of settings required for selecting individual separation mode depending on the requirements for the final product.
