The WarpMeter is a laser-based measuring system which monitors the flatness in current production. All the machine settings are adjusted automatically, in order to achieve the exactly desired flatness according to preset values. The results can be checked online in rapid succession during a current order, or used for parameter optimization of a later order. Area of use The ELCorruMatic WarpMeter is a laser-based measuring system which analyzes the flatness. Application The WarpMeter belongs to the ELCorruMatic automation network that intervenes in the corrugated cardboard manufacturing process for the control and optimization of parameters based on customer-specific requirements.
