The contactless web cleaning system contains two scanning heads for dedusting of the top and bottom sides of the corrugated board web. Additional discharging electrodes release statically adhering dust particles. Area of use Use in corrugated board systems for dedusting on the top and bottom sides. This allows the delivery of dust-free sheets for further processing. Application The web cleaning system is employed after the automatic slitter scorer in the corrugated board system. The corrugated board web must be run flat and may not vary in height. The top scanning head is automatically adjusted to the desired corrugated board thickness.
