This unit consists of one test chamber and a control cabinet. The chamber is either round or rectangular and features non-polluting PP and impact resisting construction. Consumers should specify the required version when placing an order. A dosing pump is included for optimum setting of the salt solution that is to e sprayed. Up to 200-l of spraying fluid can be kept in the integrated storage unit. In the test chamber the temperature is monitored with regulating and control instruments. During the testing, the spray pressure and humidification of the spray air are monitored. Specimen holders are also included with this unit. The dome top of the test apparatus features a pneumatically actuated mechanism, which is complete and prepared for operation. The unit is designed in accordance with Technical Leaflet 606/608-E.
