The TSX28 HIGHWAY is a continuous hot-mix supermobile asphalt plant that can recycle up to 70% of RAP thanks to the patented technology TSX developped by Ermont in 2020. Result of 40 years of experience gathered by Ermont in recycling technologies, the TSX28 HIGHWAY aims to support our clients in their eco-responsibles projects of tomorrow. Quality and recycling from 0 to 70% The patented TSX technology ensures a total binder remobilisation, vital to guarantee the quality and hard-wearing of asphalt produced at high and very high recycling rates (from 0 to 70%). Eco-responsibility Environment protection is ensured by the DuoTherm technology via combined RAP heating with low-temperature aggregates and gases, in order to protect the binder and avoid emissions generation at the source. Flexibility The extreme flexibility of the TSX28 HIGHWAY allows the adjustment of production outputs, formulas, production temperatures and recycling rates (from 0 to 70%) to offer our clients a versatile solution to all kinds of jobs.
